WEDDINGS

All packages require:

• A $550 security deposit (does not go towards final package price) is due at the signing to secure the date of your event and is reimbursed post-event, pending no damages. Deposit it forfeited if event is cancelled.

• In addition, 100% of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to the event.

All packages include:

• Bartender on site with fully stocked cash bar.

• Set-up of tables & chairs with linens, unless otherwise noted.

• Clean-up and maintenance of venue spaces & provided items.

• Complimentary water & lemonade for all guests.

• Use of warming kitchen including counters, refrigerator, and more. Please note we do not have a stove or oven on site.
