Tri-State Battle of the Bands

Are you ready to rock the stage at Cornerstone? Do you think your band is the best band in the Tri-State Area? Would you like to win $500?

If so, submit your application to Cornerstone Event Center to compete in the first ever Tri-State Battle of the Bands. Bands will be judged by our esteemed panel of judges. The crowd will also make up a large component of judging for this event so bring your friends, and entertain the crowd! Deadline for submissions is Friday, March 3, by 5 p.m.

This event is sponsored by the Greater Burlington Convention & Visitors Bureau and is open to any group, duo, or solo performer playing any genre of music.

 All music should be family-friendly.

Bands will be judged based on the criteria listed below.

CONTEST ENTRY: Completed forms and a $50 entry must be completed. ($35 if registered before February 1st)

PERFORMANCE JUDGING CRITERIA Basics: 25 Points – the overall band sound and cohesiveness as a unit Stage Presence: 25 Points Material: 25 Points – Songs highlight the strengths. Song choices work well together; cohesiveness of set list. Crowd Reaction: 25 Points – Does the band create positive reactions/applause from the audience.
